Marc A. Collins

Marc Collins represents companies of all sizes in a variety of employment, business litigation, corporate transactional work, and estate planning. He also works with financially distressed individuals and companies to restructure or eliminate debts. He is in his 31st year of practice in California.

During his career, Marc has represented entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses to navigate the first years of operation, during growth phases as shareholders negotiate agreements and expand stock offering rights, and then when owners prepare for retirement and turn over management and holdings to other shareholders or family members.

Marc advises and defends companies, executives, and management in all facets of employment law, ranging from compliance with state and federal statutes to internal investigations and administrative agency complaints through pre-litigation negotiations, trial and appeal.

Additionally, Marc’s practice involves all facets of corporate formation and transactional documents, and guides his clients on protecting their assets and families through estate planning, business continuity planning, and insolvency counseling.

Marc regularly presents seminars throughout California to business owners on developments in employment law, litigation mitigation strategies, and estate planning.
