Azim Khanmohamed

Azim Khanmohamed represents companies of all sizes in a variety of employment, business, and real estate litigation and transactional work. Azim has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts and before arbitrators and administrative officers to successful conclusion.

Azim strives to reach cost effective resolution through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. He also utilizes prejudgment remedies and other preliminary relief to achieve success for his clients.

Azim advises and defends companies, executives, and management in all facets of employment law, ranging from compliance with state and federal statues to internal investigations and administrative agency complaints through pre-litigation negotiations, trial and appeal.
